By providing your phone number on our quote or booking form, you consent to receive the appointment-related SMS messages described above. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.

2. Service Terms

Mower Masters provides mobile small engine repair and lawn mower tune-up services within approximately a 35-mile radius of Plainville, MA 02762. By booking a service appointment, you agree to the following:

You will make the equipment accessible to our technician at the agreed appointment time.
A $59 diagnostic fee applies to repair visits. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.
Service pricing is provided as an estimate. Final cost may vary depending on the condition of the equipment and parts required.
Our 2-week free-return guarantee applies to all repairs: if the same issue recurs within 14 days of service, we will return and fix it at no charge.
We reserve the right to decline service for equipment that poses a safety hazard or is beyond economical repair.

3. Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by replying to your confirmation text or calling (386) 215-9914. Repeated no-shows may result in a scheduling deposit requirement for future bookings.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mower Masters is not responsible for pre-existing damage to equipment, loss of use, or consequential damages. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
