Most jobs are completed in 1–2 hours. A basic tune-up typically takes about 45–60 minutes. More complex repairs — carburetor rebuilds, belt replacements, or hydrostatic service — can take 2–3 hours. We'll give you a time estimate before we begin.
We stock the most common parts on our service vehicle — spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters, oil, belts, blades, and carburetor kits for the most popular brands. For less common parts we can usually source them within 1–2 business days and return for a second visit at no extra trip charge.
Often yes. We regularly work on mowers and equipment that are 15–20+ years old. The main limitation is parts availability — some discontinued machines require sourced or aftermarket parts. We'll always tell you upfront if parts are difficult to find so you can decide whether a repair makes sense.
Just make sure we can access the equipment — clear a path if it's in a garage or shed. Have the make and model handy if you know it. If it has a fuel shutoff, leave it in the open position. That's it — we handle the rest.
Absolutely. Many customers have us service a lawn mower and a snowblower in the same visit, or multiple machines for a commercial property. Multi-machine visits are efficient and we can often apply a small discount. Just let us know when you book.
Our specialty is gasoline-powered small engines. For battery-electric mowers we can handle blade service and drive systems, but battery pack replacement or motor repair is typically handled by the manufacturer or authorized service center for warranty reasons.
